Just wanted to say thank you for making my daughter experience having four wisdom teeth extracted such a bearable ordeal.  I know this surgery is your profession, but everyon in the office back to the "OR" made my daughter and myself very comfortable.  We both recommend your office to anyone we run across needing surgery.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pitts. Everything went so smooth. Even though I was a little anxious for the sedation and surgery, Dr. Pitts and his great staff helped to put me at ease. I am happy to say that I have had little to no pain and hardly any swelling as well. I will recommend Dr. Pitts office to anyone that can! My daughter was seen in your office to have a tooth extracted, prior to her appointment she was very fearful and reluctant to see a dentist.  This has been a struggle for our family for several years.

After meeting Dr. Pitts, my daughter has changed her out look on seeing the dentist and now understands they are here to help her feel better and maintain healthy teeth and a bright smile.  This even could have been very traumatic for her, but due to the confident and porfessional staff of your firm, she came away with a very pleasant experience.

This was an outstanding experience for my son as well as for me.  I have never had an experience such as this with a dental procedure.  The staff was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional and Dr. Pitts was fantastic with my son.  He came out of there with no anxiety and minimal pain.  Dr. Pitts was great with him.  He was so scared going into this and Dr. Pitts was patient, very kid friendly and just wonderful!

This was such an emotional and monumental journey! More profound than you can imagine. 

Having had a negative traumatic experience I had lost all trust and faith in physicians. To the point of deciding if it wasn't life threatening or I'm in extreme pain I would not step foot in a doctor's office.  That is a terrible feeling and place to be at.  Never secure with any decisions, I was never confident that the choice I made was right. 

This is what you, Dr. Pitts and all your staff has given to me! Security in knowing that the decision we made was the right decision for ME! I took that leap of faith which was hard but no one let me down.  The girls never made me feel like I was a bother or a burden. Never did they make me feel that I was wasting their time! Being the first contact initially that could've ended the process before it started. So my deepest gratitude to the office staff! I can't thank you enough for creating a "safe haven" for me to call!  Now Dr. Pitts what can I possibly say that would truly express what you have given me! Your skill as a surgeon is second to none! But your trustworthiness, your caring really stands alone! Thank you for giving me hope and faith! Not to mention a complicated surgery a success! Everyone will have a special place in my heart! 

I wanted you to know that I am eternally grateful from the bottom of my heart for the care you provided.  You see, I  recently had a traumatic ordeal with a doctor that lead me to put coming for over 6 months.  I only made the appointment because family and friends wouldn't let it go and harrassed me to get things checked out.  So to appease them I did and came in very guarded and with preconceived notions.  This was very tough for me.  But you broke through that barrier from the intial consultation having changed my opinion.  I know when I left that day that when I decided to proceed it would be with you.  My family were impressed that I had such admiration for you and everyone else in your office.  They felt you must be amazing because I am very cautious.  So as Paul Harvey says "and there's the rest of the story".

I just wanted to let you know that you made this entire experience so easy for me.  I felt at ease every step of the way and that was in large part due to the wonderful staff you have and doctor is top notch!  Very gentle.
